HLSW Version 1.2.1 has arrived!

(ts) The new version of HLSW, 1.2.1, is now available for download. This contains new skins and a new tab system which makes it possible for you to configure your own views and switch between them. In addition the vista support has been enhanced.

Status indicators are back!

(ac) The status indicators are banners which can be displayed in forums and websites to show your online status and your gaming statistics to others.

The new status indicators come in a range of sizes and have available a couple of sample skins.

If you have an idea for a new skin, feel free to submit them to us and we may add them to the available skins.

You can find the status indicator page by logging into your HLSW account on the website and visiting the "Status Indicator" page.

PocketHLSW 2 Released

(ac) The HLSW staff are proud to release PocketHLSW 2 a gadget for iGoogle & Google Desktop.
PocketHLSW is a small gadget designed for use with Google's iGoogle, Desktop and webpages (via syndication).

The new version is a complete rewrite of the first version and adds new functionality, such as tabs to allow for quick server browsing, viewing of your HLSW buddylist and the latest HLSW news.
Along with the new features, the new version is faster and makes use of the new HLSW XML feeds.

HLSW v1.2.0 final online

(ts) With this version, which contains the newly implemented Buddylist feature, its now possible to find other players and chat with them, for all HLSW supported games!
Even the new ones, that have been integrated into this release:
Nexuiz, Tremulous, STALKER, Pariah, ioquake3, Medal of Honor Pacific Assault and Postal 2.
To use the new feature, you just have to register a HLSW account here on hlsw.org.
Besides this there are many more changes and bugfixes, along with improved support for CoD and CoD2.

HLSW website login changes

(ac) Today we changed the login system for the HLSW website. From now on you have to log in with your email address and your password instead of your username as was previous. This change was necessary to synchronise the website login with the HLSW login. In future logging into the HLSW website will give you access to administrate your buddylist and chat preferences.

These features will come along with HLSW 1.2.0 which is under development at the moment. There have been some vast improvements during the last weeks, but still it is not possible to set a release date yet.
